NVIDIA Reports Record-Breaking Financial Results in Q4 and Fiscal 2024
Revenue Soaring by 26.5% YoY
NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending April 28, 2024, reporting record quarterly revenue of $22.1 billion, marking a 22% increase from the previous quarter and an impressive 26.5% surge compared to the same period last year.
Strong Revenue Growth Across Segments
The company's Data Center segment led the revenue growth with a 61% rise, followed by Gaming, which saw a 10% increase. The Professional Visualization segment also contributed to the strong performance, with revenue climbing by 46%.
Net Income Jumps Significantly
NVIDIA's net income for Q4 jumped to $12.3 billion, reflecting a remarkable 33% surge from the previous quarter and a staggering 76.9% growth year-over-year.
Jensen Huang, NVIDIA's founder and CEO, commented on the company's exceptional performance: "We have achieved significant progress in the first quarter, advancing our perceptual computing platform for autonomous systems, digital twins, and the metaverse." Huang emphasized NVIDIA's focus on developing AI-driven technologies to drive future growth.
