Apple TV+ has unveiled the first look at its upcoming miniseries "Lady in the Lake," an adaptation of Laura Lippman's best-selling novel of the same name. The series is set to premiere on July 19, 2024.

The gripping drama-thriller follows an aspiring reporter in 1960s Baltimore as she investigates the disappearance of a young girl. Despite facing opposition and skepticism, she relentlessly pursues the truth, determined to uncover the secrets that lie beneath the city's surface.

"Lady in the Lake" boasts an all-star cast led by Natalie Portman and Moses Ingram. Portman portrays Cleo Sherwood, a housewife and mother who transforms into an intrepid journalist. Ingram takes on the role of Maddie Schwartz, a strong-willed police detective who reluctantly teams up with Cleo.
